Step 1: Submitting Your Application

  • Apply by E-Mail.  You can download, complete, and email the word document version of your application to gdistaff@gmail.com.  Please use the subject line "GDI Application - Your Name" when submitting your application.

  • Apply by Mail: Download and print your application. Send your application, along with a deposit check or money order for $200  payable to “Gonzaga Debate Institute" to the address listed below.

Step 2: Submitting your deposit.

All applications must be accompanied with a deposit of $200. Your admission is not confirmed until we receive your $200 deposit. All payments (including deposits) may now be submitted using the Gonzaga University secure payment system. Click here to access our online secure payment system.

 You may still submit payments via regular mail and include it along with your application. Please make all checks payable to "Gonzaga Debate Institute".

Deposits are only refundable if you are denied admission.
Step 3: Confirmation.

You will receive an email confirmation within 2 days of submitting your application and deposit.  Shortly after that you will receive your orientation materials for your program and some forms you'll need to return to us at registration. You will receive email confirmation of any deposits or payments immediately after they are submitted if you are using our online payment system.
